The Taksim 360 renovation project aims to restore the old buildings in a contemporary style but while keeping its historical side with a historical texture. This is why the Taksim 360 project offers the comfort and luxury of the future while keeping the historical aspect and values of this symbolic place of a city with blends of cultures.
Taksim 360 offers offices, but also shops, cultural centers, art galleries, restaurants or hotels, for a total area of 165 000 m² and 220 meters of facade.
There are 9 different blocks in Taksim 360 which have an old style and recall the history of Istanbul. Thanks to this, Taksim 360 was elected the “Best Urban Renewal Project in Europe.”

Taksim 360 offers many and diverse services. You will be able to find commercial spaces in each block. Many offices and apartments will be made available. Many brands are present in concept streets. Taksim being a multicultural place in Istanbul, you can also find art galleries.
This project includes some residential units with balcony and terrace options facing the Beyoglu region. Near Taksim 360, we can find some bus or metro stations. This project concentrates cultural places, food but also places intended for pleasure, as for example fitness centers or indoor swimming pool.
